Wedding & Reception
- 2026 Pricing: $6,500
- 500+ Guests
- Use of the entire property for 12 hours on your wedding day (9 am – 9 pm)
- The covered barn, should there be any weather concerns
- Use of kitchen for the reception
- Ceremony rehearsal time of 1 hour the week of your wedding at a scheduled time
- VIP Parking for a limited number of vehicles to account for accessibility issues such as handicap parking
- A Bridal or Groom’s suite can be rented overnight for an additional charge ($250)
- Use of entire property for photos starting at 9 am on your wedding day or other days at a scheduled time
- Two restrooms available on property
Reception Only / Weekend Event other than Wedding
- 2026 Pricing: $4000
- 350+ Guests
- Use of venue barn for 6 hours (ending no later than 9 pm)
- Use of kitchen
- VIP Parking for a limited number of vehicles to account for accessibility issues such as handicap parking
- Two restrooms available on property

- Rectangle tables with seating
Rehearsal Dinner- $1,000
- Use of building for 2 hours after rehearsal
- Round tables with seating
Elopement- $500
- Use of the space for 2 hours
- Less than 10 people
- Not available on Friday or Saturday.
